Why is time tracking necessary?
It is required by law that all workplaces must register working hours for all employees.
There are very few exceptions – and agriculture is not one of them. You are not exempt just because you are a manager, or because an employee only works 2 hours per week. You are also not exempt if your employees are on a fixed monthly salary.

Is there a binding period?
No, you can cancel your subscription at the end of the month in which you give notice.
Your account will be closed immediately once we receive your cancellation.
Remember to download your time records from SAGRO Time before your account is closed.
How do I get started?
Simply fill out the order form, and we will create your account.
Once it is set up, you will receive a welcome email confirming your order and guiding you through the first steps so you can get started quickly and easily.
How long must I keep time records?
You are required by danish law to keep documentation for 5 years after the end of the period that forms the basis of the maximum weekly working hours – usually 4 months.
This means most employers need to store time records for 5 years and 4 months.
If an employee leaves, simply deactivate them in SAGRO Time and keep the records without paying for an active subscription.
What does it cost to call support?
Support is included in your subscription.
